He is currently a tenured associate professor (Ma\u00eetre de Conf\u00e9rences) at the Bordeaux School of Public Health (ISPED).\u00a0 His research interest is based on high dimensional data including longitudinal analysis, gene set analysis, statistical processing of flow-cytometry data, probabilistic analysis of high-dimension data and methods development for multi-omics integrative analysis.
