Il associera les technologies ARNm de Moderna et celles d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es par le VRI pour la mise au point de nouvelles strat\u00e9gies vaccinales contre le SARS-CoV-2 et le VIH.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">S&rsquo;appuyer sur la technologie ARNm pour relever les d\u00e9fis de sant\u00e9 mondiale<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2022, le programme mRNA Access est une initiative mondiale de Moderna en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 mondiale, con\u00e7ue pour donner aux centres d&rsquo;excellence du monde entier un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 sa plateforme technologique ARNm. L&rsquo;objectif est de permettre aux institutions acad\u00e9miques et de sant\u00e9 publique de mener leurs propres recherches sur l&rsquo;ARNm et de d\u00e9velopper des vaccins ciblant des maladies infectieuses \u00e9mergentes ou n\u00e9glig\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle locale ou mondiale.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">C&rsquo;est dans ce cadre que Moderna et l&rsquo;Institut National de la Sant\u00e9 et de la Recherche M\u00e9dicale (Inserm) sont entr\u00e9s en collaboration.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">En associant l&rsquo;expertise du laboratoire VRI et de l&rsquo;Inserm en mati\u00e8re de recherche sur les maladies infectieuses \u00e0 la plateforme technologique ARNm de Moderna, les deux partenaires visent \u00e0 explorer de nouvelles approches de pr\u00e9vention et de traitement du SARS-CoV-2 et du VIH, \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des premi\u00e8res donn\u00e9es pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis scientifiques de longue date et potentiellement un d\u00e9veloppement clinique futur.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Au-del\u00e0 de ce premier projet collaboratif, l&rsquo;ensemble des chercheurs de l&rsquo;Inserm b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera d&rsquo;un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la plateforme technologique de Moderna pour produire des ARNm pour leur recherche et \u00e9tudes pr\u00e9cliniques contre de nombreuses pathologies.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Ce partenariat constitue le 18\u00e8me dans le monde et le deuxi\u00e8me partenariat avec un acteur cl\u00e9 de la recherche en France apr\u00e8s celui de <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pasteur.fr\/fr\/plateforme-arn-messager-moderna-accessible-aux-chercheurs-institut-pasteur-impact-majeur-sante\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">l&rsquo;Institut pasteur annonc\u00e9 en mai 2022<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00ab <\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Nous sommes ravis d&rsquo;accueillir l&rsquo;Inserm, le 18\u00e8me partenaire du programme mRNA Access. Ce partenariat incarne l&rsquo;ambition premi\u00e8re du programme : mettre la puissance de l&rsquo;ARNm \u00e0 disposition des chercheurs du monde entier pour r\u00e9pondre aux grands d\u00e9fis de sant\u00e9 publique.
