Le Vaccine Research Institute (VRI) a mis au point un candidat vaccin innovant, CD40.HIVRI.Env, qui a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats prometteurs dans l\u2019essai clinique ANRS VRI06 (NCT04842682, Levy Y et al., 2024, eClinical Medicine).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ce candidat vaccin entre d\u00e9sormais dans une nouvelle phase d\u2019\u00e9valuation au sein de l\u2019essai clinique HVTN318 (NCT06665646), sponsoris\u00e9 par le NIAID, dans le cadre du r\u00e9seau HVTN. Cette \u00e9tude se d\u00e9roule aux \u00c9tats-Unis, dans sept centres cliniques.
