Laurent Hanot
After 17 years of experience in international consulting firms specializing in organization, human resources, finance, and business development, Laurent Hanot joined the VRI as Secretary General of the Institute since its creation. He has designed and implemented its organizational framework in close collaboration with the VRI’s supervisory authorities and partners, and set up the management, budget monitoring, and governance systems necessary to support the Institute’s growth and consolidation.
He is involved in the organizational evolution of the VRI in from human resources to finance and legal affairs and fundings.
He assists the management team in implementing the Institute’s strategic roadmap and coordination
