Boris Hejblum Biostatistician

He is a University teacher and a researcher in biostatistics. Broadly speaking, my main research focus is on the longitudinal analysis of high-dimensional biomedical data. His latest projects include gene set analysis of longitudinal gene expression, statistical processing of flow-cytometry data, probabilistic analysis of high-dimension data from Electronic Health Records, and methods development for multi-omics integrative analysis. He is currently a tenured associate professor (Maître de Conférences) at the Bordeaux School of Public Health (ISPED) from the University of Bordeaux, France, while his research activities are fostered by the SISTM team from both INSERM U1219 Bordeaux population health research center and INRIA Bordeaux Sud-Ouest. Previously he did a postdoc with Tianxi Cai at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston, USA. Before that, he got my Ph.D. in Biostatistics from the University of Bordeaux, France, under the supervision of François Caron and Rodolphe Thiébaut, after he graduated from the ENSAI engineering school (National School for Statistics and Information Analysis — part of the very French Grandes Écoles system) in 2011, where he majored in Biostatistics.
